You'll be:• Proofreading records for clarity and completeness in accordance with defined procedures• Entering data from standard forms and reports into appropriate systems, spreadsheets, or databases• Preparing a variety of documents for processing by others, including scanning, filing, collating, or indexing records• Responding to standard inquiries from internal and external customers• Referring complex requests to appropriate staff membersThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, but a 2-year degree with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role is strongly preferred• Possess exceptional data entry speed and accuracy, with the ability to stay focused and perform work for long periods of time• Have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with varying types of personalities• Have experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or shipping office environment• Are familiar with shipping materials, DOT regulations, and inventory systems/tools• Pay strong attention to detail, are timely, and have excellent attendance• Are self-motivated and willing to help coworkers during lull timesWhat happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
