****Candidates with disabilities or Rehab referrals only****$21.47/hrThe General Clerk III position is responsible for fulfilling the needs of TSA's conference center. This individual is responsible for answering customer requests, escorting employees or visitors, conference room set-ups and breakdowns, monitoring electronic requests, and ensuring the conference center is stocked and presentable. This position will also serve as the designated on-site lead when the Project Manager is absent.
- Monitor AGILQuest and email for requests and inquiries.
- Maintains daily logs of requests and complaints.
- Participates in the setup and breakdown of conference center builds.
- Provides customer service to employees and guests who approach/contact the Welcome Center desk.
- Coordinates temporary lighting, catering, IT, or other sub-contracted service required for conferences.
- Provide follow up service with conference hosts to ensure all needs are met before their conference is scheduled to start.
- Monitor, manage and troubleshoot equipment within the conference center (printers, copiers, lighting, etc.).
- Coordinates pre and post conference cleaning.
- Uses knowledge of the building layout to direct/escort employees and visitors when necessary/acceptable.
- Responsible for safety within the scope of work by proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
- Completes and maintains all Didlake required training.
- Acts as a good steward of Didlake and Government funding and resources.

- High School diploma or equivalent. Experience considered in lieu of schooling.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess adequate communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak, understand English and basic correspondence plus the ability to recognize and sequence numbers and letters.
- Must project a positive and professional image to the public and co-workers.
- Familiarity with computers and possess basic keyboarding abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security badge.
