General Clerk - Cross Resource Group : Job Details

Description of Job Duties: Provide administrative support to the Subcontracts Group, make copies, scan documents, maintain electronic and or hard copy files systems or databases and perform other clerical tasks as assigned. Interact daily with subcontracting specialists and management concerning required clerical tasks. Initiate requests to subcontractors for contractual documents and provide regular follow-up. Assemble contractual documents for specialists, review as requested and input purchase order information into Costpoint. Other duties as assigned. Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• General business courses preferred
• 3 years of general clerical experience is required
• Experience fulfilling clerical responsibilities to include but not limited to formatting and editing MS Word documents, as well as familiarity with entering information into Excel spreadsheets and other software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus
