The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment used in various construction projects, including paving, excavation, and site preparation. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and rollers, in a safe and efficient manner. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Assist in the preparation and layout of construction sites, including grading and excavation activities. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and laborers to complete tasks according to project specifications and timelines.
