Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Contractor with a minimum of 10
years of experience, including significant expertise in new construction projects. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning
and execution to completion, ensuring quality standards, budget management, and timely
delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling,
budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless
communication and project success.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company
standards.
• Supervise on-site activities and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress
reports.
• Procure materials and equipment while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the work meets specifications and quality
standards.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or project adjustments in a timely and professional
manner.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Contractor, with proven experience in new
construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and coordinate with various
stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
• Proficient in construction management software and other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required by the state or municipality.
• Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
Compensation:
$80,000 -$100,000 salary based on experience
