Your Role:We are seeking a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our clients receive the outstanding care they deserve.

What Youll Do:

• Repairs: Handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in various settings.
• Maintenance: Ensure mechanical systems function properly and conduct necessary repairs.
• Cleaning: Perform general cleaning and upkeep throughout properties.
• Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
• Renovation: Repair and paint structural components such as doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management: Maintain trash and recycling receptacles across facilities.
• HVAC Services: Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
• Tools & Transport: Bring your own transportation and tools to job sites.
• Math Skills: Utilize basic math skills for task completion.
• Communication: Foster strong communication with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Stay organized and tackle challenges effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all work performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexible availability is essential.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
