General Handyman - Luxury Brand Holdings : Job Details

We are looking for an individual skilled in basic maintenance including but not limited to basic plumbing repair, painting, appliance troubleshooting and basic repair, and general maintenance.Duties & Responsibilities Ability to complete work orders and preventative maintenance assigned including, but not limited to, Electrical troubleshooting, Carpentry repair, Plumbing troubleshooting, and HVAC. Use of power and hand tools to complete repairs Making repairs to existing structures and exhibits. Working independently and in team settings. Ability to communicate in a professional manner to LBH guests and employees. Working outside in changing weather conditions.Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm (weekends optional)Nice-to-Haves Experience in drywall installation and painting Plumbing knowledge and experience Electrical knowledge and experienceRequirements

• 3 years of experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess basic proficiency in at least three (3) of the following services; carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, sheetrock, drywall finishing, and managing maintenance repairs.
• Able to perform physical exertion including: carrying, climbing, crawling, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, hauling, and lifting as much as 100 pounds
• Maintain company and OSHA safety requirements
• Obtain/maintain current First Aid/CPR certification
