General Labor- Freezer 1st - Ruprecht Company : Job Details

The Freezer Team Member is responsible for ensuring the product is moved through one of the final stages of production by properly freezing the product before packaging. Role and Responsibilities. Transport carts with trays of cooked product from oven to freezer. Move carts with frozen product out of the freezer. Move carts with trays to the line, take product off trays and stage for packing. Ensure correct products are brought to the packing lines. Take temperature of product in freezer, record for QA. Keep inventory in freezer organized. Maintain daily communications with QA and Pack Off supervisors regarding inventory and quality of product. Meet production requirements to ensure uninterrupted operation of other departments. Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards. Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area. Follow all rules / guidelines / GMPs.
