Marathon Staffing is hiring General Laborers for a fast growing Pallet Manufacturer. The responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, such as assembling, disassembling, and repairing pallets. You will work as part of a team to ensure efficient production and maintain high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Assembly: Operate machinery and tools to assemble pallets from various components, including lumber, nails, and screws.Disassembly: Break down used pallets into their individual components for recycling or reuse.Repair: Identify and repair damaged pallets, ensuring they meet quality standards.Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials within the manufacturing facility.Quality Control: Inspect finished pallets to verify they meet specifications and are free of defects.Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning machinery and equipment.Qualifications:Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred but not required.Marathon is an equal Opportunity Employer IND6
