General Labor - Hartco : Job Details

Job Summary:

This is a cross-functional position that covers several areas and departments for potential, unskilled work assignments. It does not have a specific area of responsibility but acts as a “fill in” where needed and where production needs a boost due to higher demands. This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement.

Essential Functions

• Loading and unloading product
• Pumping product
• Pulling and Packing
• Climbing, bending, walking, and standing for long periods of time
• Operating machines
• Mixing compound
• Operating pallet jack, forklift, and other equipment
• Counting inventory
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow complex written instructions
• Strong communication and written skills
