The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio who just opened it's 4th location in the area and has a need for General Laborers. Laborers are responsible for breaking down wooden crates and pallets using hand tools. Duties for the General Labor positions: Breaking down wooden crates using drills, hammers, and other hand tools Manually disassembling end caps off of the crates with their hands Stacking wood into organized stacks Safely moving materials and broken glass if needed Notifying supervisor of any defects or safety hazards Requirements for the General Labor position: Must have previous general labor or hand tool experience Excellent attendance Must be able to pass a drug and background check Ability to work well in a smal...General Labor, Manufacturing, Staffing
