We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team.Job Summary: As a General Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for packing orders and separating products on the assembly line. Your role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely order processing to meet our customer demands.Schedule: 1st and 2nd shiftKey Responsibilities:Packing Orders:o Efficiently pack products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.o Label packages correctly and prepare them for distribution.Separating Products:o Sort and separate products on the assembly line based on order specifications.o Ensure that products are organized and accessible for packing.Quality Control:o Conduct quality checks on products and packed orders to ensure they meet company standards.o Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.Inventory Management:o Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.o Help with inventory counts and restocking as needed.Collaboration:o Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.o Communicate effectively to resolve any issues that arise during the packing and sorting process.Safety Compliance:o Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or assembly line environment is advantageous.Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [weight]) and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
