As a General Laborer, you'll be the backbone of our projects, handling a variety of hands-on tasks while helping build some of the coldest and most essential facilities in the country. We're proud of our rich history and excited about our future, and we want passionate individuals to join us on this journey.How You'll Spend Your Time: Site Maintenance: Keeping the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards by picking up tools and equipment, securing the site each day.Material Handling: Assisting with the setup and teardown of job sites, loading/unloading trucks, and moving materials where they're needed most.Safety First: Following safety and incident reporting procedures like a pro. If there's a concern, you'll bring it to the attention of the Superintendent or Director of Safety.Team Player: Willing to travel across the US and learn from on-the-job training as needed.Positive Attitude: Showing up every day with a clean appearance and a motivated, can-do attitude.Other Duties: Lend a hand wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly. What We're Looking For: School of Life Graduate: While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, your experience and positive attitude can get you in the door! (You do need to be at least 18, though.)Strength & Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods of time.Reliable Ride: You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Communication Skills: Able to work well with others and communicate effectively.
