As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks to ensure project completion and success.**Responsibilities:**- Assist with site preparation and clean-up- Load and unload materials and equipment- Operate hand and power tools- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols**Requirements:**- Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods- Strong work ethic and reliability- Ability to work in various weather conditions- Good communication and teamwork skills- Willingness to learn and take direction**Additional Information:**- This position is for local candidates only.
