Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking General Laborers to join our premier partners in Manufacturing and Production in Youngstown, OH.Important Requirement All candidates must complete a urinalysis drug test at an offsite location, which includes testing for THC.Shifts and Pay

• Swing Shift:
  • 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
  • First 4 days on: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Next 4 days on: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
• Mandatory Overtime as scheduled.
• Competitive Pay: Starting at $17/hour.
• $200 Referral Bonus for each successful referral.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials.
• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Heavy lifting up to or exceeding 50 lbs.
• Following instructions closely and paying attention to details.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6 months of previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must be comfortable working in cold outdoor temperatures for some roles.
