Qualifications:

• JD in Wisconsin
• Looking for graduated to 3 years
• Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting discovery
• Ability to manage a case from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal
• Draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery responses
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of disputes
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide mentorship to junior attorneys as necessary
