Job DescriptionCompletes service work order & preventive maintenance work order requests on a variety type of mechanical systems throughout the hospital. Salary Rate$21.00-$26.47/hourlyThe referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.Job RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experienceExperience: 1 year experience preferred (preventive maintenance, inspection and repairs of equipment, facilities and systems) License/Certification Required: Valid New York State driver's license.Skills: Basic knowledge in all trades, attention to detail, good communication skills, customer service focus, and good troubleshooting skills a plus.
