Job Summary & Essential Functions:
- Install electrical controls, power circuits, services, light fixtures, etc.
- Install water lines, air lines, drain lines, etc.
- Repair any breaks and maintain all plumbing facilities and equipment
- Build partitions, platforms, frames, etc., often without the aid of blueprints
- Perform miscellaneous building repairs
- Perform painting and plastering duties
- Move materials and suppliesthroughout the plant
- Pick up and deliver items, orders and materials to outside suppliers as indicated on trip request or by verbal directions from supervisor
- Maintain company vehicle in proper operating condition. Check and maintain all proper fluid levels. Keep vehicle current with state inspection requirements.
- Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
- Perform other assignments as required
