Work involves a variety of the following duties: replacing or repairing minor mechanical components, replacing or repairing minor electrical components, and replacing or repairing minor plumbing components.Primary DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Monitor equipment operations and maintain equipment operating logs.* Proficient use of test equipment and devices pertinent to building operating systems and analyze test results.* Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences.* Respond to emergency situations and perform all task necessary for the protection of occupants and property.* Perform data center or mission critical environment maintenance activities.Additional Responsibilities* Perform other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)* High School diploma or GED coupled with three (3) or more years of experience in maintenance of facilities to include electrical systems, controls, generators, lighting and controls. (required)* Must be a Wounded Warrior (requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.* Must be willing to carry a shop radio and cell phone when on duty to enable prompt emergency response.* Must comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.* Must be a team player committed to work in a quality environment.* Must conform to all city, state, and federal licensing and certification requirements.* Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.* Must be able to work as needed including various shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.* Have a familiarity of Computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Maximo preferred or similar.* Requires excellent verbal, written, multitasking and presentation skills in English.
