As a General Manager, you will lead the operation and management of multiple dining service departments, ensuring financial and service goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and financial performance of dining services.
• Ensure timely delivery of services according to company and client schedules.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and analysis to meet financial targets.
• Lead and develop teams, ensuring high standards of food safety, preparation, and service.
• Conduct regular management meetings and audits to uphold company and regulatory standards.
• Foster a professional environment with excellent customer and client relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred; Associate's degree with 5-7 years relevant experience acceptable.
• Minimum five years' experience in retail operational foodservice management; multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food and catering trends, quality control, sanitation, and cost management.
• Experience with P&L, contract management, and retail marketing highly beneficial.
• Effective leadership, communication, and computer skills.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is a plus.
