Union Square Events is a leading food and beverage company dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences in the heart of Little Island. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and lead our team to success.

Job Summary:The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our food and beverage operations within the park. This role requires a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food and beverage management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and product delivery.- Recruit, train, and develop a team of managers and staff to meet operational goals.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes team engagement.
  • Financial Management:- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability targets.- Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and operational expenses.- Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Customer Experience:- Enhance the customer experience by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.- Gather feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Operational Excellence:- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality sourcing of products.
  • Marketing & Promotion:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events that attract park visitors.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
