Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a General Manager 4- Food for Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, OH. Lake West is a 120-bed facility with 25+ hourly employees. This role will report to the System GM.The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day retail, patient, and catering operations of the unit, including cash handling, payroll, and employee scheduling.What You'll Do
  • Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • Deliver high-quality food service;
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • Develop strategic plans;

      • A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
      • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
