Your Role

As General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our property's success. Your leadership will ensure smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and an engaged, motivated team. You'll also oversee our bistro or restaurant outlet, ensuring exceptional dining experiences that complement our guests' stays.

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year (depending on experience and location)

What will you do?

Inspire Excellence: Lead and motivate a dedicated team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service.

Drive Operations: Oversee all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.

Maximize Impact: Develop strategies to optimize revenue and profitability while maintaining top-tier service standards.

Collaborate Effectively: Foster seamless teamwork across departments to create memorable guest experiences.

Manage Food & Beverage: Oversee the bistro or restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and a positive dining atmosphere.

Improve Continuously: Monitor guest feedback, address issues proactively, and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Cultivate Team Success: Create a positive, growth-oriented work environment that supports professional development and employee retention.

Ensure Compliance: Uphold Marriott standards and local regulations, including health and safety requirements.

About you:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in hotel operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills that inspire trust and collaboration.
  • Prior hotel management experience (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address guest needs professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in Marriott systems, including Fosse, GXP, and MGS.
