Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs by managing the front and back of the shop from vehicle intake through delivery.
  • Responsible for assigning repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritizing vehicles for teardown or paint.
  • Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers, checking-in vehicles, and writing estimates as needed.
  • Ensure all repairs meet Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards, and uphold back of shop PPE protocol for teammate safety.
  • Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to punch-in/out guidelines.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure production is moving as needed to meet delivery requirements.
  • Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery, updating as necessary.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and coaching teammates for performance and growth opportunities.

    • Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the collision industry, including insurance procedures and requirements.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, such as CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
  • Valid driver's license required.
