About the Position
Oversee all Club operations and align with Board policies and regulations
Responsibilities include:
- Budget preparation and management
- Staff performance, programming, food and beverage, lodging
- External community relations
- Ensure service quality and member satisfaction
- Collaborate with committees to develop policies, programs, and events
- Develop annual and multi-year capital plans for Board approval

About the Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of private club management experience
- Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality
- Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation
- Expertise in:
