General Manager - Strategic Employment : Job Details

An award winning civil engineering and construction firm in Camp Springs, MD is hiring for a General Manager to join their growing team. This is a key hire that will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the overall success and growth of the organization. The General Manager will assist the President in ensuring the efficient operation of all business functions, including project management, financial management and resource allocation.

Required:

• 3+ years of leadership experience within the civil engineering or construction industries
• 10+ years of experience in the civil or utilities industry, with a track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth
• Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management principles and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, civil engineering, or a related field
• Prior field or project management experience
