Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is looking for a senior level manager to join our Leadership Team! This person should be an extrovert, eager to chat with members, a terrific communicator, professional, and have an enthusiasm for community. With several years experience in a senior level leadership role with management experience. Responsibilities include driving relationships in the community that drive our marketing local marketing opportunities through offsite events, partnerships, and more. We bring the fun to block parties, community gatherings, schools, fitness experiences and more. This role is focused on building thoughtful partnerships that create opportunities for our membership team.

Additionally, this role also supports the member guest passes, guest entry, and guest follow up. The successful candidate will take on a key leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality company. In addition to supporting member emails, requests, and other departments that require additional support. The role provides an opportunity to grow and develop in an organization with a mission that has real positive social impact, in addition to aggressive business goals.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a manager or director leadership role
  • Experience in customer service and community marketing
  • Exceptional ability to provide high level of service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Weekend availability, this role requires working one full day a weekend
  • Strong ability to problem solve and adapt to situations as they arise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
