Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job SummaryJoin our team as a General Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic dining operation, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and client satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in driving team development, fostering strong relationships across departments, and integrating dining services with broader facility operations.What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire your team through training, coaching, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain high food quality standards while managing costs effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and guests.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and uphold HACCP food safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8-10 years of upscale food service experience, with 6+ years in management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory, and achieve financial targets.
  • Expertise in food safety, compliance, and health regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus.
