About Us:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our intimate full-service lounge, located in downtown Boise, ID. Our ideal candidate is a hospitality-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Lounge, ensuring seamless execution of our evening service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, driving sales growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily lounge operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Lead and manage a small team, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Chef
  • Develop seasonal cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure excellent hospitality standards
  • Work 5 nights a week

    • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a General Manager role in a full-service restaurant or lounge
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work 5 nights a week, with a focus on hospitality and customer service
  • Basic knowledge of cocktail development and menu engineering
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
