Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the food service industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, customer interactions, and kitchen oversight.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Conduct staff training sessions to maintain high service standards.
  • Create and manage budgets, including cost-control measures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food production and presentation.

  • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the dining experience.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
