The General Manager position is responsible for providing uncompromised excellence at all times, making food, the guest, and our team members a constant priority. The General Manager demonstrates a consistent track record of positive business results and effective, sustained leadership that contributes to the success of their restaurant and the brand. The General Manager upholds all company policies, procedures, and standards through their management team and team members. The GM is responsible for formulating plans to meet sales and profitability targets, deploying new initiatives, and developing their team. As the leader of the management team, the General Manager is a role model of Jim ‘N Nick's core values.
