Prior experience as an Assistant or General Manager in food service is required for this position. Jimmy John's experience is highly preferred.

Hiring Bonus - $500 upon completion of assistant general management training and $500 after completion of Jimmy John's Management Certification Program. Details apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and feedback during shifts

Schedule employee shifts and assign duties

Train and coach new employees

Assist in recruiting and hiring

Manage inventory and vendor orders

Review P&L statements

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Address customer and employee concerns

Skills:

Ability to work 50+ hours per week

Prior experience in food service management

Proficient in operating commercial slicers

Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. regularly

Basic computer skills

Completion of Jimmy John Manager Certification Training
