They establish business objectives, communicate the vision, and lead a team of managers and hourly employees to achieve success. They are always looking to add talent to the team and provide coaching to further develop those already on the team. They regularly monitor financial and operational results in order to make adjustments where needed. They understand the company values and ensure those values are being upheld every day.

You're in charge of all people and operations for a Wendy's restaurant. Fresh food is all we do, so we count on you and your team members to do it right for our customers every day and night. You show Shift Managers and Crew Members how to do it right and make sure every shift is better than the last.
