Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We are looking for a Kitchen General Manager for Lake Mary, Florida.

Restaurant Management Responsibilities and Requirements:
- For GM position, must have General Management 1+ years restaurant experience.
- Fast and Motivated.
- Helping set the pace during lunch/dinner rushes.
- Managing staff of 14 to 17 people.
- Local marketing for catering, along with catering prep and delivery.
- Handling customers.
- Food ordering and inventory counting, maintaining food cost goals.
- Schedule making, maintaining labor cost goals.
- Bank deposits.
- Work 50 hours per week and available on weekends.
- Report to owners
Note: No matter what position we are hired everyone must make subs and be on the floor.
