Job Description :

Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We are looking for a Kitchen General Manager for Lake Mary, Florida.

Restaurant Management Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • For GM position, must have General Management 1+ years restaurant experience.
  • Fast and Motivated.
  • Helping set the pace during lunch/dinner rushes.
  • Managing staff of 14 to 17 people.
  • Local marketing for catering, along with catering prep and delivery.
  • Handling customers.
  • Food ordering and inventory counting, maintaining food cost goals.
  • Schedule making, maintaining labor cost goals.
  • Bank deposits.
  • Work 50 hours per week and available on weekends.
  • Report to owners

Note: No matter what position we are hired everyone must make subs and be on the floor.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
