Job Description
Every great team is led by a great leader and as a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you are essential to our business. A qualified candidate is required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous restaurant management experience. As a RGM you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities and Skills:
* Uphold all company standards and lead by example
* Hiring, training, developing, and supervising team members
* Maintain and order inventory for the restaurant
* Maximize restaurant profitability
* Assure that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
* Build strong customer relationships
* Scheduling daily labor requirements that meet the needs of the business
* Address performance and other issues quickly
* Good with time management
* Have excellent organizational skills as well as being able to multi-task
* Be able to maintain a high level of energy and positive work environment
* Must be able to work flexible schedules including: Opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
* Contribute ideas, thoughts, and solutions that result in increased productivity, higher retention, and improved operations
