Share your vision and inspire others.Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 3 - Food for one of our Universities segment accounts in Lindsborg, KS. This position will be at Bethany College which is a residential Liberal Arts College. Sodexo provides on and off-campus catering, and we are a vendor of choice for the local convention center. Lindsborg is a community of 3500 known as Little Sweden, USA located just off I-135 midway between Salina and McPherson, KS.*RELOCATION ASSISTANCE available for this exciting opportunity*The successful candidate will:
  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • create a positive working environment;
  • have a strong financial acumen and achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • integrate fully within our client's organization becoming a trusted adviser and member of the accounts leadership team;
  • develop and execute a strategy to accelerate business growth;
  • create an exceptional student experience through marketing, menu design, and food quality; and
  • lead and motivate the management team, inspiring strategic direction;
  • ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments;
  • sustain client satisfaction and retention; and
  • maintain strong employee relations.
