Job Description :

The General Manager oversees all company snow & ice control operations. This includes managing all field operations, sub-contractors, customer relationships, sales/business development activities, and ensuring the division meets profitability goals.

Experience Required: Landscaping or snow removal company experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain/develop measures to track renewals, new sales conversion, and close rates.
  • Provide weekly sales updates to senior management, including forward-looking statements to project weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales totals, as well as comparisons to prior years' results.
  • Calculate bid rates for each account for individual and group job costing.
  • Prepare presentation materials for more involved bids as needed.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to help facilitate sales goals and meet annual company sales/profitability objectives.
  • Identify new tools to further streamline the lead/sales generation process.
  • Increase overall sales of the snow & ice control division while maintaining margins and profitability.
