Role Overview:

We are in search of an General manager with a strong background in classically trained French Michelin background, someone that can manage the guest expectations to highest standards and deal with VIPs, billionaires, and celebrities. The ideal GM must have 2* or 3* Michelin star experience, and high volume background and operating procedures like 5-star hotels.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an General Manager.
  • Extraordinary communication and presentations skills that relate to extensive knowledge in all aspects of FOH.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior staff.
  • Great personality and leadership whilst being hands on.

Offered Benefits:

  • Attractive and negotiable salary package.
  • Full relocation package with accommodation subsidy.
  • Salary of $150,000 to $200,000 per annum plus bonus.
