Dion's is seeking a motivated and experienced restaurant manager to join one of our Albuquerque metro teams who exemplifies all the above. With plenty of training and support, this person will ultimately lead a store of their own. - Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Lead and train staff to maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and health and safety requirements.
- Resolve and follow up on customer opportunities.
- Maintain appropriate store inventories including daily and weekly ordering.
- Control operational costs and exercise fiscal responsibility.
- Create and post weekly schedules for store staff.
- Ensure consistent execution of the training system.
- Provide quality feedback, supporting the growth and development of all employees.
- Lead strategies for identifying and developing future talent for Dion's.
What you'll need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Driven to provide consistent, safe, quality food.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership growth in a restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding work ethic and passion for winning.
- Ability to train and develop hourly employees.
- Understanding of a restaurant's financials.
- Desire to grow sales and build rapport within the community.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Willingness to relocate to our other markets is a plus!

- Pay is a combination of performance-based bonuses and salary. Salary is based on experience and ranges from $52,390 - $75,000 plus up to $26,000 in bonuses annually.

This position is an exempt (salary) level position. The schedule for this position will be set by the operations manager for the market and will include nights and weekends.
