General Manager - Melt House LLC : Job Details

Company Overview: Melt House is opening a new sauna lounge located in the heart of Bozeman, Montana. Our mission is to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, helping them melt away stress and tension. We offer a variety of sauna experiences, as well as other wellness services, to promote overall health and well-being.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all operational aspects of Melt House, including but not limited to: scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.Manage and motivate a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational performance.Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.Experience opening new wellness-related studio/facilities is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of sauna and wellness practices is a plus.Benefits:Health InsuranceCompetitive salary recblid 6t28fxaz8serwo6tlul2uhzd67dopc
