The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Powersports General Manager with five-plus years of experience in managing all aspects of a dealership for one of our client's stores. This store represents Honda, Polaris, CAN-AM, SEA-DOO, Arctic Cat, CFMOTO, & more. This position is responsible for creating a performance-based culture, growth strategy, maximizing ROI, managing the P&L, and building synergy and collaboration between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
