Basic Job Description: General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of day- to-day management of restaurants; training and leadership of Restaurant staff; implementing standards of hospitality and service; responsible for maintaining operations within performance and budgetary targets; coordinated support of the restaurant, and other tasks reasonably associated with the foregoing. The restaurant manager will report to their Regional Manager or Director of Hospitality and may be given specific responsibilities of the restaurant including opening/closing and or overseeing specific departments.
