General Manager - Tuxedo : Job Details

I am looking for a dedicated Managing Partner to lead operations at Tuxedo, a 500-capacity music venue and event space located at 11745 Woodward Ave Highland Park. Tuxedo features a full-service bar, a good sound system, and a beautifully designed, versatile space ideal for live music performances, private parties, corporate events, and more.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including booking live music acts and managing event rentals.

Build relationships with artists, promoters, and event planners to maximize the venue's potential.

Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through diverse music and event programming.

Manage marketing and promotions to attract both music lovers and event clients.

Ensure operational efficiency, excellent customer experiences, and consistent profitability.

Maintain the venue's reputation for top-tier sound quality, exceptional service, and dynamic events.

Compensation:

This is a partnership opportunity. Compensation will be based on a percentage of net profits, allowing you to share in the success of the venue.
