The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.Position Description:The right candidate will have the desire to work as part of a team to grow the Plainview market. He or she will have a demonstrated passion for excellence, strong leadership competencies, be customer-focused, organized, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and be driven to succeed. The primary responsibilities are to provide encouraging leadership, run an efficient operation, and provide direction to grow market share within the territory.Additional responsibilities include:Consistently administer company policies and procedures within the location.Manage the inventory, accounts payable, and receivables.Maintain an awareness of revenue responsibilities to goals and put action plans in place as needed.Manage labor utilization including hiring and terminations of the location.Provide coaching and training to other members of the Plainview team.Oversee the performance review process, performance improvement plans, promotions, etc.Uphold all safety practices and manage the workers' compensation process for the location.Prepare monthly staff meetings.Create a culture and environment for employee success.Why Culligan Ultrapure:We are passionate about caring for employees and our customers.
