Position: General Manager – Taproom/Kitchen

What You'll Do
As the General Manager, you'll:
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, staff, and vendors.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Implement and oversee company-approved processes and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
- Create a Welcoming Environment: Be the face of the brand, ensuring a positive atmosphere for staff, customers, and vendors.
- Motivate and Mentor: Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage Inventory & Financials: Oversee kegs, cans, spirits, merchandise, and financial reporting (e.g., deposits, tips, petty cash).
- Ensure Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain high standards in cleanliness and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Monitor KPIs: Drive profitability, reduce waste, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Oversee the Menu: Manage the beer and food menus to maintain quality and inventory.
- Report Operations: Submit timely operational reports and ensure all processes run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Taproom/Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong customer service background and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and craft beer.
- Financial management expertise.
- Motivational, people-first leadership style.
