Company Overview:Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 99 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and party/events. Job Summary:Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all participants. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the entire operations and team including and not limited to: Training, Customer Service, Hiring & Staffing, Marketing, Point of Sale system updates, and inquiries. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and welcome those participants in class
- Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your program.
- Manage and organize Staff weekly.
- Assist staff through their training throughout the seasons
- Distribute all marketing initiatives each session
- Communicate to all patrons
- Required to work consistent shifts throughout each session
- Performs other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
- Prior experience in management, but not required
- BA in Sports Management, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with staff and with customers
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work weekends
