General Manager - Wolf Creek BBQ : Job Details

Wolf Creek BBQ is an independent BBQ restaurant in Clarkesville, GA. Over the years, we have been on a constant growth pattern when it comes to volume and profit. As we continue to grow, we have opened a seperate production kitchen where a large part of our prep work is done along with the operation of our catering business. Operating this production kitchen will make he process of opening additional restaurants easier while maintaining consistency from one location to the other. The production kitchen will be able to handle multiple restaurants with a very small increase in overhead. With all of that being said, we are looking for a general manager for our restaurant. Looking for someone with the kitchen experience along with the ability to manage the front of house and oversee the operation of the restaurant. Our business is growing and in order to continue to open new locations, we must find someone that is trustworthy and will run the restaurant like it is their own. The manager of the restaurant will be heavily envolved in the day to day operation of the restauant along with with helping to direct and plan for the future, which will also include menu development, food cost management, recipe development and more. They will also be envolved the financial planning and operation of the restaurant. The manager will be responsible for controlling food and labor costs at the restaurant, maintaining fast service and delivery times, while optimizing food quality. Our customers return regularly because they know they get quality food that tastes good at a fair price. That will not change.
