The Melting Pot is coming to Rogers Arkansas summer 2025 and we are seeking an amazing General Manager to lead our team and to create an amazing guest experiences!

The Melting Pot is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year, and we're excited to be opening the newest location in Rogers Arkansas in July of 2025.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating a great internal restaurant cultures, to deliver an exceptional and truly amazing guest experience!

Salary is negotiable but around 80k plus incentive. Target salary first year with incentive would be around 100k. There is potentially a profit sharing opportunity for someone that can deliver exceptional results after the first year.

Prior restaurant and hospitality experience at the Assistant General Manager or General Manager required. New store opening experience preferred and you must have verifiable references and be able to pass a criminal background check.

This is a hands on position for a working manager, who loves to be in the front of the house!

We anticipate opening July 2025 so this position will be required to attend 6 to 8 weeks of certification training so will need to be ready to come aboard on or about May 1st, 2025.
