Oversee and direct the work of the rubber extrusion and finishing operation

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production, reduce waste, and enhance productivity

Manage quality control, personnel, safety compliance, and cost optimization

Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Lead, train, and develop production teams, supervisors, and other personnel

Develop and manage budgets

Monitor KPI'sQualifications include:

B.S. degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business management is required

Work experience in rubber extrusion or rubber finishing is required

Prior leadership/management experience in high-volume/fast-paced manufacturing

Strong communication and leadership ability

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
