General Manager - Club Car Wash : Job Details

Lead and develop team members in accordance with the Club Car Wash standards of customer service, performance and quality assurance Continuously train, support and provide performance coaching for team members. Work cross-functionally with other departments to promote sales, recruit/retain team members and actively engage in training for continuous improvement Become well-versed in all aspects of maintenance chemical and operations What We Are Looking For In You:A desire to grow your leadership skills, team building and performance standards.
